I hate the UX for the audio player. Tried to change volume skipped 1 hour ahead. Tried to get back to 1 min market…not possible. Awful awful UX.

Maybe consider the download option. I’ve used this to download multiple episodes for a long road trip

Great podcast. This has gone a long way to reinforce what I am already up to for my Legions of Steel 2nd Edition release.

  6. Suibhne says:

I really enjoyed listening to both episodes! How would you deal with mailing lists in multiple languages: would you create separate ones for different groups or write mails in two or three languages for everyone?
    Thanks!

    1. Andrew Lowen says:

This is a great question. I think a few great examples of companies that handle this well are Serious Poulp (7th Continent) or Mythic Games (Joan of Arc).

The short is that you need to separate preferred languages into two separate segments, and you should send each out at the same time.

That quickly gets to be a lot of work for one person if your e-mail is long, but if you’re fluent in these languages yourself, I don’t see why you couldn’t make it work 🙂

      1. Suibhne says:

Great, thank you for the recommendations!

I took about eight pages of notes my second time through!!!

    1. Andrew Lowen says:

Thank you! Also remember there is a part 2 for your second set of notes 😛
